I'm Kate Vessel--a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), consultant, published writer, and podcast speaker based in Minneapolis, MN. 

I've build my life and my work around one core belief: that relationships are everything.I

bring together ICF-standard coaching methodology, a formal background in nutritional science from the University of Minnesota, integrative health training, and hands-on behavioral assessment experience.
